1. Who we are

Lokonova AI products including Career Growth AI Copilot (“the Service”) are operated by Lokonova AI (PTY) Ltd, registered in Lesotho. By using any of our products you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds. By subscribing you also agree to Paddle's Terms.

3. Free tier

The free tier includes limited access to features such as CV analysis. No payment information is required. We reserve the right to change free-tier limits at any time.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact support@lokonova.ai for a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

6. AI-generated content

Our products use AI (including OpenAI) to generate career advice, CV rewrites, cover letters, interview questions, salary estimates, and other outputs. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary accuracy, or interview success. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before use.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all content you upload (CVs, job descriptions, etc.). We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lokonova AI (PTY) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
